Most Property management agents will offer you the following:
# A fortnightly visit to the
property, this is not just a drive by but entry to the property, signature of
our provided visit record, which is kept in your property. Plus we also open
windows etc as necessary to air the property, water any house plants, check all
kitchen/bathroom appliances thoroughly checked and tested. Turn on or off
services. Any damage will be recorded on digital camera and email to the owner.
# A monthly, detailed property report
by email to our owners with photographs if necessary.
# We will visit the property
immediately after any major weather incident, or ground tremor, ie major storm
or even earthquake. Although this are not usual they can happen from time to
time.
# An emergency code contact is made
in the case of emergencies, although the Direct2PropertyShop team will be on
hand to deal with anything that arises immediately.
# Payment of all household bills,
and control of over property payments, ie gardeners, pool cleaners, condominium
charges etc etc.
# Supervision of all deliveries,
building or alteration projects, repairs.
