As the "media" in the Uk spells out Doom & Gloom, Direct2Propertyshop sees nothing but enquiries. We are pleased to announce that our enquiry count in November, December 2007 and January 2008 has exceeded over a 100% increase in the same time in 2006/2007.
We agree that the Euro is strong against the pound and that the Americans are getting a rough ride, but at Direct2 we can only say positive things, We have seen a huge increase in leads in Portugal, both from individual investors to large Corporate investors and many relocation enquiries. Since the announcement of the Alcochete Airport the Silver Coast, especially Obidos and Rio Maior have seen a great increase in leads. We have also seen much interest from the United States for properties in and around the Alvor Portimão bowl within short travelling distances from the Autodrome.
Our new addition of Madeira is proving very intriguing to our clients looking for a different location, whilst the ever faithful developments in Brazil, Cape Verde and Turkey are still proving interesting to many people. We offer a great travel package for Portugal as you will see below.
